Our Officers
Robert N. Baker, III
Robert is a Suffolk native and a graduate of Campbell College and Simmons School of Embalming. He is active in Boy Scouts and has a been a longtime scout master of Troop 1, and member of the Suffolk Rotary Club, Nansemond Masonic Lodge #77, Main Street United Methodist Church, Selected Independent Funeral Homes and the Association of Independent Funeral Homes of Virginia. He currently serves as the President of Baker-Foster Funeral Home. |

Bart T. Foster
Bart is a native of Norfolk County and a retired chief hospital corpsman from the U.S. Naval Reserves. Married with three children, he attended Old Dominion University and graduated summa cum laude from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He is active in the Rotary Club of Portsmouth, Knights of Columbus #418, Elks Lodge #82, the Church of the Resurrection, the National Funeral Directors Association and the Association of Independent Funeral Homes of Virginia. He currently serves as the Vice President of Baker- Foster Funeral Home |

Brian P. Foster
Brian is a Portsmouth native and a 1976 graduate of John Tyler Community College with an associate degree in mortuary science. He is active in the Portsmouth Lions Club, Knights of Columbus #418, St. Paul’s Catholic Church, the National Funeral Directors Association and the Association of Independent Funeral Homes of Virginia. He currently serves as the Secretary/ Treasurer of Baker-Foster Funeral Home. |
